- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 3/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 1-2/3 cup Buttermilk
- 3 Tablespoons Melted Butter

11. Separate eggs; beat egg yolks. Sift dry ingredients; add alternately with buttermilk to the beaten egg yolks. Add melted butter. Fold in beaten egg whites.

22. Bake on hot griddle (400°F) until bubbles rise in the pancakes, about 3 minutes. Flip and cook another 2 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
