Classic Fudge Pudding Pops

- 2/3 cups Sugar
- 1/3 cups Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 cups Cornstarch
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3 cups Milk, Dairy Or Non-dairy
- 1/2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 10 Wooden Popsicle Sticks
Directions

1In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch and salt.

2Gradually whisk in the milk and continue whisking until combined. Bring the pudding mixture to a boil, and whisk until the pudding has thickened, about 5-6 minutes.

3Remove the saucepan from the heat, and whisk in the chocolate chips until melted.

4Let the pudding cool slightly, about 10 minutes.

5Once the pudding has cooled for 10 minutes, divide the pudding between 8-10 small paper cups.

6Freeze the pops until slightly frozen, about 1 hour. Remove the pops from the freezer, and place a wooden stick in the center of each pop.

7Return to the freezer, and freeze for at least 5 hours.

8Once frozen, remove the paper cup from around the fudge pop, and enjoy!
