- 3 pounds Ground Beef, At Least 15% Fat
- 2 Tablespoons Seasoned Salt
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/4 cups Ketchup
- 1/4 cups Ranch Dressing
- 1 Onion, Cut In Half Then Sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Oil
- 8 Hamburger Buns
- Lettuce Leaves
- 2 Tomatoes, Sliced
- 2 Avocados, Pitted And Sliced

1Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

2In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, season salt, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper.

3Mix thoroughly, but do not over-work.

4Make the secret sauce: mix ketchup and ranch dressing in a small bowl.

5Set aside for assembling burgers.

6In a medium skillet, heat oil for a minute, then add sliced onions.

7Saute on medium-low until soft and lightly caramelized, approximately 10 minutes.

9Form patties by dividing ground beef mixture into 8 parts.

10Carefully mound each part into a sphere, then flatten to approximately 1-inch thick.

11Press firmly with your thumb in the middle of each patty to form an indentation.

12Using long tongs, wipe grill grates with an oiled paper towel.

13This will prevent grilled burgers from sticking.

14Place burgers on the gill and close the lid.

15Flip burgers after 4 minutes, and grill another 4 minutes.
