  • 1/4 cup dairy sour cream
  • 2 tbsp crumbled bleu cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp anchovy paste
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 freshly ground black pepper to taste

    Gradually add the oil, beating at medium speed

    Continue beating while adding the rest of the ingredients.

    Blend thoroughly, cover and chill.
