  • 1 lb Smoked sausage
  • 1 lb Bacon
  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • 1 lb Long grain rice unrinced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 Bell pepper, chopped
  • 5 clove chopped garlic
  • 12 oz tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp seasalt
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp habanero
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 6 cup water
  • 2 tsp paprika

Directions

    Simmer cut up sausage, chopped bacon, and cut up chicken in a large skillet with bell pepper, onion and garlic.

    Simmer until chicken is fully cooked.

    In large pot add 1 pound of rice to 6 cups of water.

    Add tomato paste, sea salt, cayenne, habenero, paprika and black pepper to rice and water.

    Turn stove top up to med-high and begin to slowly bring to a boil.

    Once meats are ready simply add to pot of rice mixture and let come to a boil.

    Once boiling set on simmer and cover until rice is fully cooked.
