  • 2 1/4 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4.5 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 3 oz Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 None burger buns, halved, toasted
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 8 leaves lettuce
  • 2 None large tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 4 None pickles, thinly sliced lengthwise
  • 1 None onion, halved, thinly sliced

Directions

    Combine beef, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Season then shape into 16 - 3 1/2 inch patties. Combine cheeses in a bowl. Sprinkle over 1/2 the patties, leaving a 1/3 inch border. Place remaining patties on top and pinch edges to seal.

    Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 3 mins then flip over and cook for 2 mins, or until cooked to your liking.

    Spread mustard over buns then fill with lettuce, tomatoes, patties, ketchup, pickles and onion.
