  • 8 oz. lasagne
  • 1 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese *
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 c. zucchini, unpeeled and sliced 1/8 inch thick
  • 1 1/4 c. part-skim Ricotta cheese
  • 6 oz. part-skim Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
