- 1 (9-inch) pie shell, baked
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1/2 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, divided
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. sugar, divided
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Beat egg whites, vinegar, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon and salt until stiff, but not dry.

2Gradually beat in 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 tablespoon at a time, beating until very stiff.

3Spread over bottom and sides of pastry shell.

4Bake at 325° for 15 to 18 minutes, until golden.
