Classic Peanut Butter Pie

- 1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 (4 serving) pkg. vanilla flavor pudding (not instant)
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
- Cool Whip for topping
Directions

1In small bowl, cut peanut butter into powdered sugar until crumbly.

2Sprinkle into prepared crust (reserve small amount for topping).

3In medium saucepan, combine Eagle Brand milk, egg yolks, water and pudding mix.

4Over medium heat, cook until thickened.

5Cool 15 minutes.

6Beat in sour cream.

7Spoon into shell.
-
8Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture.

9Refrigerate leftovers.
