  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
  • 1 Tbsp. corn oil
  • 1/4 c. cream
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. dark syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Mix the last 6 ingredients together well.

    Add 1 cup pecans. Pour into shell.

    Place another 1/4 cup pecans on top.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick is clean.
