- 4 lb. link sausage
- 2 lb. mushrooms
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. fresh lemon juice
- 2 c. heavy cream, sweetened
Directions

1Cut sausage into 1-inch

2pieces and saute over high heat 5 minutes.

3Slice mushrooms and saute in butter 5 minutes.

4Drain fat from sausage.

5Combine with mushrooms.

6Add lemon juice and simmer gently 10 minutes.

7Add cream just before serving.

8Keep in chafing dish.
