  • 1 deep dish pie crust (frozen)
  • 1 c. corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 c. pecan halves
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted

Directions

    In medium bowl, beat eggs slightly.

    Add all but pecans and crust.

    Stir until well blended.

    Stir in pecans.

    Pour into frozen pie crust.

    Bake in a preheated 350° oven on a preheated baking sheet for 50 to 55 minutes.

    Cool on wire rack.
