  • 1 cup corn syrup (I use 1/2 cup light and 1/2 cup dark)
  • 3 eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups pecans
  • 1 deep dish pie shells or 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1/2 gallon of your favorite vanilla ice cream (optional)

Directions

    Mix corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter, and vanilla together.
