  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup corn syrup, white (karo)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons margarine melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans
  • 1 each pie shell (9 inch) deep dish

Directions

    Preheat oven and a baking sheet to 350F (180C).

    In a large bowl, stir eggs, corn syrup, sugar, margarine and vanilla until well blended.

    Stir in the pecans.

    Pour into the pastry shell and place pie on the baking sheet in the oven.
