- 1 lb. beef sirloin steak
- 1 Tbsp. Kikkoman stir-fry sauce
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
- 2 medium green, red or yellow bell peppers, cut into 1-inch squares
- 2 medium onions, cut into 1-inch squares
- hot cooked rice (optional)
Directions

1Cut beef across grain into thin strips, then into 1-inch squares.

2Coat with 1 tablespoon stir-fry sauce.

3Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a hot wok or large skillet over high heat.

4Add meat and stir-fry 1 minute; remove.

5Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same pan.

6Add peppers and onions; stir-fry 5 minutes. Stir in beef and 1/4 cup stir-fry sauce.

7Cook and stir just until beef and vegetables are coated with sauce.

8Serve immediately with rice.
