  • 1 lb. (450 g) Yukon gold potatoes (about 3), cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing, divided
  • 1 lb. (450 g) ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 lb. (225 g) green beans, trimmed

    Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Toss potatoes with 1 Tbsp.

    dressing; spread onto half of foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.

    Bake 15 min.

    Meanwhile, mix chicken, onions, bread crumbs, egg and 1/4 cup of the remaining dressing just until blended; shape into 12 (2-inch) meatballs.

    Add meatballs to baking sheet with potatoes; bake 20 min.

    before meatballs and potatoes are done, add beans to pan of boiling water; cook 3 to 4 min.
