- 1 box jumbo Shells
- 1 can 8 oz. Tomato sauce
- 32 oz Part skim Ricotta Cheese
- 2 cup shredded Motzzarerlla
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (or a mix)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 1/2 tsp each, salt, pepper
- 1 large jar Spaghetti Sauce
Directions

1Spread Tomato sauce in large baking dish,or 2 smaller pans.

2This makes 35 shells.

3Microwave a large bowl of water till boiling.

4Add raw shells and microwave 12 minutes.

5Drain shells & rinse in cold water.

6Set aside.

7In same bowl mix rest of ingredients except sauce.

8Mix WELL.

9Using a spoon stuff shells with cheese mixture (about 2 Tbls.)

10each.

11Place in sauced pan.

12Repeat.

13Sprinkle with Spagetti Sauce.

14Bake 350 for 40 mins.

15Until hot and bubbly.

16Let cool 15 min.

17Serve with garlic bread.
