Classic Truffle

Ingredients
- 1 lb. light or dark chocolate
- 1/2 c. whipping cream (the real stuff)
- oil base flavoring of choice (do not use flavorings using alcohol or water)
Directions

1Heat cream in a small saucepan over medium heat.

2Stir constantly until it comes to a boil.

3Remove from heat and pour over chocolate.

4Stir until all chocolate is melted and candy is well blended.

5Add oil flavoring.

6Refrigerate until mixture is firm enough to roll into balls.

7Roll truffle mixture into balls using approximately 2 tablespoons of candy.

8Refrigerate balls of candy approximately 5 minutes.

9Melt another pound of chocolate for dipping in top of double boiler.

10Dip balls, one at a time, into chocolate.

11Cool on piece of wax paper.
