  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. Karo light or dark corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry pie shell
  • 1 1/2 c. large pieces Diamond walnuts

Directions

    Combine eggs, sugar, flour, corn syrup, butter and vanilla; blend well.

    Pour lightly into unbaked pie shell; arrange walnuts on top.

    Bake at 325° for 50 minutes or until center appears set. Cool completely.
