- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 18 teaspoon cayenne
- 12 lb cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 tablespoons beer
Directions

1Melt butter in top of double boiler.

2Add flour and dry mustard and mix.

3Gradually add milk, stirring until mixture thickens.

4Add Worcestershire and cayenne pepper.

5Slowly add cheese and stir until melted.
