- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 18 teaspoon cayenne
- 12 lb cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 tablespoons beer
Directions

1Melt butter in top of double boiler.

3Gradually add milk, stirring until mixture thickens.
