  • 1 cup plain chocolate biscuits, crushed
  • 50g butter, melted
  • 500g block PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup caster sugar
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
  • 3 teaspoons gelatine dissolved in
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 200g dark chocolate melts, melted
  • 300ml cream, whipped
  • TERRY'S* Dark Chocolate Orange segments
  • orange segments and rind
  • 10 plain chocolate biscuits for decoration

Directions

    Combine crumbs and butter, press into the base of a lined 20cm springform tin.

    Chill.

    Beat together the Philly*, sugar and orange rind until smooth.

    Stir in the gelatine mixture and fold in the chocolate melts and cream.

    Pour filling into the prepared base and refrigerate 3 hours or until set.

    Top the cheesecake with chocolate orange segments, orange segments and orange rind strips.

    Roughly chop chocolate biscuits and press around the sides to form a crust.

    Slice and serve.
