- 14 cup lemon juice
- 14 cup hydrogen peroxide
Directions

1Wash cuttingboard with soap and water.

2Rinse.

3Then gently and slowly pour lemon juice OR hydrogen peroxide on the cuttingboard.

4Make sure to cover well.

5Let sit for 1 minute.

6Rinse and let cuttingboard air dry.

7(You may be able to use less lemon juice.

8I just approximated the amount since I normally just pour it out of the bottle).

9** If you don't have lemon juice, use 1/2 cup of hydrogen peroxide and let sit for 1 minute.

10You will see bubbles and know its working.

11Make sure to rinse really well and air dry.
