  • 1 can tuna
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Drain tuna and break into large pieces.

    Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water.

    Cook onion and celery in butter until tender.

    Blend in flour, add milk and bouillon gradually to onion and celery mixture and cook, until thick, stirring constantly. Add cheese and tuna; heat until cheese melts, stirring constantly.
