- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Drain tuna and break into large pieces.

2Dissolve bouillon cubes in boiling water.

3Cook onion and celery in butter until tender.

4Blend in flour, add milk and bouillon gradually to onion and celery mixture and cook, until thick, stirring constantly. Add cheese and tuna; heat until cheese melts, stirring constantly.
