Ingredients

  • 4 pie shells, unbaked
  • 3 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. cocoa (depends on how much chocolate you prefer)
  • 2 Tbsp. plain flour
  • 6 medium eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 small can Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix sugar, cocoa and flour until well blended.

    Add eggs and milk alternately.

    Mix well.

    Add margarine, coconut and vanilla. Blend well.

    Pour mixture into pie shells.

    Sprinkle tops with chopped nuts.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
