- 1 zucchini squash
- 1 1/2 c. cooked twirled pasta
- 1 qt. V-8 juice
- about 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Steam chopped onion and sliced zucchini in 1/2 water until tender.

2Season with salt and pepper.

3Add cooked pasta and V-8 juice; simmer for 5 minutes.

4Cover top with Parmesan cheese. Stir into soup.
