- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 tsp. caraway seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast, water and sugar.

2Add oil, whole wheat flour, caraway seeds, salt and flour.

3Beat until smooth. Let rise. Punch down.

4Turn out on floured board.

5Knead.

6Pinch off 3 small balls and place in greased muffin tins.

7Makes about 18 to 20 rolls. Bake at 350° for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
