- 2 c. flour (self-rising)
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 3/4 c. warm water
Directions

1Blend flour, shortening and sugar together.

2Dissolve yeast in water; mix with hands.

3Roll into balls (three).

4Put each ball in muffin tin to form a cloverleaf.

5Makes 12 rolls.

6Let rise 1 hour before baking.

7Bake at 450° for 12 minutes.
