- 6 each red and green peppers
- 2 c. cider vinegar
- 2 large onions
Directions

1Grind tomatoes and onions; add salt, sugar and vinegar.

2Cook slowly for 1 1/2 hours.

3Add green and red peppers and cook for 20 minutes more.

4Cook longer if you like it thicker, stirring often. Can, seal and process.
