   Mix water, salt, bluing liquid and ammonia.

   Pour over coal in a pie pan or glass container.

   Drop food coloring on the coal and mixture.

   Different colors make it look pretty.

   Grows best where it is warm and dry.

   To keep it growing, carefully add more liquid from the sides of the coal.
