  • 1 egg white
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. plain flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 c. pecans or more

Directions

    Whip egg white and add slowly the brown sugar mixed with flour.

    Add salt and vanilla flavoring, then fold in pecans.

    Lay on a greased pan and bake at 250° for 45 minutes or less.
