- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cold water
Directions

1Beat egg white and cold water in large bowl until frothy and toss in pecans; stir until coated.

2Toss in remaining ingredients and stir until coated.

3Place in oven on a buttered pan.

4Bake at 225° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
