  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. each: thyme, savory, rosemary, parsley, garlic powder, paprika and black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Mix together flour, spices and salt in a sealable plastic bag. When ready to prepare chicken, beat together buttermilk and eggs. Dip chicken in buttermilk mixture and then in the plastic bag of dry ingredients.

    Shake until chicken is well coated.

    Chicken is now ready to fry, bake, broil or grill as desired.
