Cobb Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • 1 cup Spring Mix
  • 2 slices Bacon
  • 10 whole Cherry Tomatoes, Halved
  • 1/4 whole Red Onion, Chopped Fine
  • 8 whole Small Mushrooms (Any Kind Will Be Good)
  • 1/3 cans Corn Kernels, From A 15 Oz. Can
  • 1 whole Hard Boiled Egg, Peeled And Sliced
  • 5 Tablespoons Ranch Dressing (I Used Annie's Cowgirl Ranch)

Directions

    Wash your greens and set aside to dry. Chop up the uncooked bacon then fry it in a small frying pan over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon from the pan and place on a paper towel to get off the excess grease.

    Get out your plate and arrange a nice bed of the baby spinach and spring mix. Then add a row of tomatoes, a row of onion, a row of mushrooms, a row of corn and a row of sliced bacon then add your hard boiled egg.

    Serve with ranch dressing (I used Annie's Cowgirl Ranch).
