  • 2 eggs, boiled
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked
  • 10 ounces fresh spinach
  • 1 small head leaf lettuce
  • 14 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 12 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 14 cup olive oil

    Line 4 plates with spinach.

    Tear lettuce into bite sized pieces and top spinach.
