  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise (I used reduced calorie mayonnaise)
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar (or rice vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp Plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Grated cheese
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch each Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Dried parsley and black pepper

    Prepare the vegetable salad.

    This time, I used young broccoli, salmon, sweet onion, avocado, wasabi leaves, tomato, and boiled egg.

    Combine all the dressing ingredients in a bowl and blend together.
