- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. or 1 stick margarine or butter
- 1 can fruit, drained
Directions

1Melt butter or margarine in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

2Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and milk together.

3Add melted butter; mix well.

4Pour into baking dish.

5Spoon can of fruit on top; do not mix in.

6Do not add juice from can.

7Bake at 350° for 1 hour, or until golden brown.
