- 3/4 c. all purpose flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Beat together flour, sugar, vegetable oil, milk, vanilla, and eggs until smooth.

2Pour batter into a plastic squeeze bottle with a narrow opening.

3Heat a large (preferably non-stick) skillet over medium heat until hot; grease lightly.

4Working quickly, squeeze batter to form 4 straight thin lines which intersect at a common center point to form a star shape.

5To form cobweb, squeeze thin streams of batter to connect lines.

6Cook 30 to 60 seconds or until bottom is golden brown.

7Carefully turn.

8Cook other side the same. Remove, cool.

9Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

10Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.
