  • 2 c. unsifted flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. Coca-Cola
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. small marshmallows

Directions

    Combine the flour and sugar.

    Heat the butter, cocoa and Coca-Cola.

    Pour over flour and sugar.

    Mix thoroughly. Add the buttermilk, beaten eggs, soda, vanilla and marshmallows.

    Thin batter with marshmallows floating.

    Bake in flat pan 1-inch deep at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

    Ice while hot.
