  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. Coke
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

    Mix flour and sugar in a bowl.

    Heat butter, cocoa and Coke to boiling and pour over flour mixture; mix well.

    Add buttermilk, eggs, vanilla and marshmallows.

    Mix well.

    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 300° for 35 minutes.

    Ice while hot.
