  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. Coca-Cola
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine flour, sugar and salt in mixing bowl. Mix butter, cocoa and Coca-Cola; bring to a boil and pour over flour mixture, then mix. Add buttermilk, soda, eggs, vanilla and marshmallows; beat. The batter will be thin and the marshmallows will rise to the top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan (greased and floured).
