  • 2 c. unsifted plain flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. Coca-Cola
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows

    Sift the flour and sugar in a large bowl. In a saucepan, heat the butter, cocoa and Coca-Cola until they boil. Pour this over the flour and sugar mixture, then mix thoroughly. Mix in buttermilk, eggs, soda, vanilla and marshmallows, making a thin batter. Marshmallows will float to the top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
