  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. Coca-Cola
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Sift together flour, sugar and salt.

    Combine and bring to boil, margarine, oil, Coca-Cola and cocoa.

    Add to sifted ingredients and mix well.

    Add soda to buttermilk.

    Pour into batter and beat well.

    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.

    Add marshmallows and vanilla.

    pour into 9 1/2 x 13 loaf pan.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
