Name: Coca-Cola Cake
Ingredients: 1 1/2 c. small marshmallows; 1 c. Coca-Cola; 3 Tbsp. cocoa; 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil; 1 stick butter; 2 c. self-rising flour; 2 c. sugar; 2 eggs; 1/2 c. buttermilk; 1 tsp. vanilla

1 c. Coca-Cola
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 stick butter
2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

Cook marshmallows, Coca-Cola, cocoa, Wesson oil and butter together until the marshmallows are melted, stirring frequently. Set aside to cool.

Sift flour and sugar together.

Beat eggs, buttermilk and vanilla.

Add mixture to sifted ingredients and beat.

Add mixture to Coca-Cola mixture.

Bake in oblong 12 x 10-inch pan at 350° for almost 40 minutes.
