Coca-Cola Steak

Directions

   Do not brown steak.

   Cut into serving size pieces and place in a large shallow baking dish.

   Add salt and pepper to taste.

   Peel and slice onion into thin slices and place over steak.

   Pour catsup and Coke over steak.

   Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
