- 8 ounces neufchatel cheese softened
- 1/4 cup yogurt, non-fat plain
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese reduced fat, shredded
- 4 ounces swiss cheese reduced fat, shredded
- 2 teaspoons onions grated
- 2 teaspoons horseradish
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup parsley leaves chopped fresh
Directions

1Combine Neufchatel cheese and yogurt in a large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.

2Add cheddar cheese and next 4 ingredients; stir well.

3Cover and chill at least 1 hour.

4Shape cheese mixture into a ball, and sprinkle with parsley.

5Press parsley gently into cheese ball.

6Wrap cheese ball in heavy-duty plastic wrap and chill.

7Serve with assorted unsalted crackers.
