- 1/4 c. toasted almonds
- 4 oz. light cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. skim milk
- 4 oz. shredded crab
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Spread almonds in a flat pan and bake for 10 minutes.

3Remove when browned.

4Combine all other ingredients and place in a casserole dish.

5Place almonds on top.

6Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.

7Serve with crackers.

8Makes 1 1/2 cups.
