- 3 lb. round ground steak
- 1 medium minced onion
- 2 c. grape jelly
- 2 (16 oz.) bottles ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 c. dried parsley
Directions

1Mix onion and ground steak together.

2Shape mixture into bite-size balls.

3Brown slowly.

4Drain off excess grease, then place in dish for freezing.

5Put jelly and ketchup in saucepan. Heat until melted.

6Add garlic powder and parsley.

7Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.

8Pour over meatballs and cover with foil. Place in preheated oven.

9Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

10Keep foil over pan until meatballs are heated.

11Freezes well for later use.
