- 2 gal. hot peppers, remove seeds
- 1 pt. sugar
- 1 tsp. plain salt
- 2 lb. beef wieners
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 pt. vinegar
- 2 regular size bottles ketchup
Directions

1Cut each pepper and wiener into 3 equal pieces.

2Mix oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and catsup together.

3Add cut up peppers and wieners.

4Cook over moderate heat until peppers are tender.

5Pack into sterilized jars and seal.

6Any kind of wieners will do.
