Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) hot sausage
  • 1 c. onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese or Mozzarella, grated
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 6 oz. can tomato paste
  • 3 cans refrigerated flaky biscuits

Directions

    Crumble and well cook sausage; drain well.

    Add remaining ingredients, except biscuits.

    Separate each biscuit into 3 rounds.

    Spread each round with sausage mixture and place on cookie sheet.

    Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.

    May be frozen before baking and stored in plastic bags until ready to use.
