  • 23 cup sugar
  • 34 cup flaked coconut
  • 12 cup skim milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 cups flour
  • 12 teaspoon baking powder
  • 12 cup shortening
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Sift together dry ingredients.

    Cut in butter with shortening.

    Stif well.

    Form into a dough.

    Cut into 24 squares.

    Sprinkle with coconut and bake at 350 for 20 minute.
